Offering flexibility and connectivity, E-Way enables customers to find, order, and pay for office products, thereby consolidating their vendor base and reducing their procurement cost. From 2000 to 2001, sales over E-Way jumped 157% to almost $750 million. The Corporate Express eCommerce strategy allows our customers the flexibility to purchase, receive bills and pay with us in a variety of ways including: EDI, XML, third party vendors, eProcurement Software providers, marketplaces and exchanges, or our customers’ ERP systems. E-Way features include:

Selection – Customers have access to more than 100,000 products in an intuitive online catalog.
Customization - E-Way can be customized to fit the user’s requirements. Customizable areas include navigation, individual user settings and ordering options.
Product Cross-Reference – This tool provides recommendations for related products. For example, a user can look up their printer and E-Way will list the printer cartridges and paper for that specific printer.
Online Forms – Customers can choose which support forms they would like their users to have access to, such as customer service, order status, satisfaction survey and technical help.
Online Billing – Invoices are accessible online and can be viewed in formats including HTML, PDF and Text.
Ordering Controls – These features allow the customer to control user purchases through the use of approval groups and an approval hierarchy.
