| Attributes: |
- 3-5
years Human Resources experience.
- Bachelors
Degree preferred.
- Knowledge
of HR legal issues and EEOC
requirements.
- Knowledge
of OSHA requirements, Workers
Compensation and safety
experience.
- Recruiting,
hiring and training experience.
- Excellent
communication skills.
- Supervisory
experience.
- Windows
95 computer literate to
include Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
(HRIS/People Soft a plus).

Work
Activities: |
- Provide
overall direction/expertise
for the implementation and
monitoring of company HR
Policies and procedures.
- Ensure
that HR systems and activities
are operated within federal,
state, and local laws and
guidelines.
- Direct
employee orientation and
communications.
- Ability
to travel to Florida locations
and responsible for the
HR guidance for Greensboro,
NC.
- Oversee
the compensation, hiring,
training, safety, AA, and
benefits program.
