service, including direct,
indirect, incidental,
consequential, loss of
business profits, punitive
or special damages. No
modification or amendment
of this Disclosure shall
be effective unless in
a writing expressly indicating
an intent to amend this
Disclosure. The laws of
the State of Illinois
shall control.
